Country Energy is Crookwell’s local energy supplier, offering a range of products that include electricity, bottled gas, internet services and energy efficiency advice. We are one of Australia's strongest regional businesses, covering 95 per cent of New South Wales.

Country Energy is also a strong supporter of community initiatives and events such as the Crookwell Country Festival and is actively strengthening communities with our Indigenous and Apprenticeship Programs. The Apprenticeship program has created more than 500 apprenticeships since 2001, providing long term career opportunities in regional communities.

Eraring Energy

Eraring Energy owns and operates the Crookwell Wind Farm. While our generation portfolio consists of 10 power stations, 86% of our capacity is located at the coal fired Eraring Power Station on Lake Macquarie, with the remainder consisting of smaller hydro and wind generation plants spread across New South Wales.
